We've managed large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects as general contractors, which means we've solved the scheduling conflicts, budget pressures, and coordination problems projects face before they become your problem. Why We Exist
Atlas started with a simple observation: too many owner's reps show up to the job, but they don't ask hard questions, don't catch problems early, and don't fully advocate for the person paying for the project. We built Atlas to do that job the way it should be done: as a genuine advocate for the owner, not an afterthought to the contractor's process.
How We Work
We're on-site regularly, maintainging direct contact with the GC, the client, and the architect throughout.
